mfd: intel_soc_pmic_bxtwc: Use DEVICE_ATTR_ADMIN_RW macro

Use DEVICE_ATTR_ADMIN_RW macro helper instead of plain DEVICE_ATTR, which
makes the code a bit shorter and easier to read.
