macintosh/via-pmu-backlight: Include <linux/fb.h> and <linux/of.h>

Include <linux/fb.h> and <linux/of.h> to avoid dependency on backlight
header to include them. Declares of_machine_is_compatible() and defines
FB_BACKLIGHT_MAX.
