ALSA: xen-front: remove unused struct 'alsa_sndif_hw_param'

'alsa_sndif_hw_param' has been unused since the original
commit 1cee559351a7 ("ALSA: xen-front: Implement ALSA virtual sound
driver").

Remove it.
